Closure of Services for Retail Business Banking Segment (HSBC Fusion) Segment

Dear Value Customers,

Thank you for your trust in using the products and banking services of PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC"/"We").

As part of our business strategy adjustments, we would like to inform you that HSBC will discontinue banking services for the Retail Business Banking ("RBB"/"HSBC Fusion") segment, which serves Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). This change will take effect on June 30, 2025.

Until the effective date, you may continue to use your existing accounts and facilities. However, starting December 16, 2024, we will no longer process:

  • Applications for new or additional facilities
  • Opening of new or additional accounts

Additionally, we will stop issuing physical copies of HSBC Fusion monthly account statements and migrate to HSBCNet (digital format). If you require physical copies of your HSBC Fusion monthly account statements, please visit the nearest HSBC branch before June 30, 2025, to request reprints (applicable fees and charges will follow prevailing terms).

This announcement only applies to the Retail Business Banking segment and does not affect other banking facilities you may hold with HSBC. We remain committed to providing a variety of products and services to meet your financial needs, whether for individual or corporate purposes.

To ensure a smooth transition during the closure of the RBB segment, starting January 2025, our Relationship Manager will contact you to assist with the settlement of any outstanding rights and obligations.
