HSBC Fast Pay is money transfer, payment and purchase transactions without using HSBC Token. The maximum amount of transactions for HSBC Fast Pay is IDR 50 Mio/transaction.

Fund Transfer; Online Realtime Transfer, SKN, to other HSBC account.

Complete your financial transaction* through HSBC Mobile Banking without token.

Applicable for the following transactions:

  1. Fund transfer to HSBC or other bank via SKN, Online Realtime Transfer.
  2. Bill payment (telecommunication provider and phone balance top up for Telkomsel, Indosat and XL)
  3. Electronic money top up (DANA, GoPay, LinkAja, OVO and ShopeePay)

*Also applicable for HSBC Internet Banking and HSBC Business Internet Banking

Bill Payment

If you have not saved the biller information:
  1. Log into HSBC Mobile Banking, or HSBC Internet Banking, or HSBC Business Internet Banking using your HSBC Token
  2. Save your billing details into Payee List
    1. Click Bill Payment menu (Mobile Banking) / Pay Bills (Internet Banking and Business Internet Banking)
    2. Click Pay to and Add Payee (Mobile Banking ) / Add Payee (Internet Banking and Business Internet Banking)
      1. Fill in the transaction details (merchant and account information)
      2. Input your transaction verification code
      3. Complete the registration by clicking Add and Confirm
  3. Once saved in Payee List, you can use HSBC FastPay for subsequent transactions.
If biller information has been saved
  1. Log into HSBC Mobile Banking, or HSBC Internet Banking, or HSBC Business Internet Banking
  2. Click Bill Payment menu (Mobile Banking) / Pay Bills (Internet Banking and Business Internet Banking)
  3. Click Pay to (Mobile Banking ) / Payment or Purchase (Internet Banking and Business Internet Banking)
  4. Select Biller information from Payee List (Mobile Banking) / Payment or Purchase List (Internet Banking and Business Internet Banking)
  5. Verify the transaction details and confirm
    • You will be asked to enter your re-verification code if your transaction amount exceeds the HSBC Fast Pay threshold. To learn more on limits click here

Fund transfer

If you have not saved the destination account
  1. Log into HSBC Mobile Banking, or HSBC Internet Banking, or HSBC Business Internet Banking using your HSBC Token
  2. Save your destination account details by doing an initial transaction
    1. Click Transfer menu
    2. Click New Transfer
    3. Click on the desired transaction type*
    4. Fill in transfer detail
    5. Select Save and Transfer, and confirm
  3. Once your transaction is successful, you can use HSBC Fast Pay for your subsequent transfers to the account you just added into Saved Transfer List
If the destination account has been saved previously
  1. Log into HSBC Mobile Banking, or HSBC Internet Banking, or HSBC Business Internet Banking
  2. Click Transfer menu, and select destination account from Saved Transfer List*
  3. Fill in the transfer details
  4. Verify the transfer details and confirm
    1. You will be asked to enter your transaction digital signing code if your transaction amount exceeds the HSBC Fast Pay threshold. To learn more on limits click here

*HSBC Fast Pay cannot be used for Telegraphic Transfers
