Introducing the new Document Centre feature in HSBC Indonesia Mobile Banking app. Investment transactions are now much easier without any fuss. Document Centre enables you to review and acknowledge transaction documents in your mobile phone. Besides, submit additional required documents immediately without needing to visit any HSBC Indonesia branch.

Step-by-step
Step 1
- Contact your Relationship Manager to prepare the investment transaction documents.
- Open your HSBC Indonesia Mobile Banking app and go to Wealth tab.

- Open Document centre.
Step 3
- Tap "Review documents" to see all available documents.
Step 4
- Select the document that you want to review and acknowledge.
- Documents will be able to be acknowledged once you reviewed it.
Step 5
- Once you finished reviewing, you could acknowledge or reject the document.
Step 6
- Make sure to inform your Relationship Manager once you have reviewed and acknowledged or rejected your transaction document.
- Your transaction will be processed further by the Bank.

- In Document Centre home page, select "Submit documents".

- Select "Add files" to choose the document source and the file that you are going to submit.

- Make sure to inform your Relationship Manager once you have successfully submitted a document.
Frequently asked questions
Document Centre is a new feature that serves as a portal for customers to download, read, and approve supporting documents/forms for wealth product transactions, namely Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Bancassurance products.
After completing the discussion with your RM, your RM will send transaction documents to the Document Centre. As with digital/wet signatures, you will select documents in the Document Centre, read them, and approve them when appropriate. After that, the transaction will be processed as usual, and your wealth product will be processed according to your instructions.
There will be no re-verification. When you have registered and entered mobile banking application using the appropriate PIN or biometrics, you can immediately use the Document Centre feature, but if this is your first transaction, you are required to come to the branch to process the transaction.
You can reject the document by clicking the "Reject" button. After that, you can re-discuss with your RM to get documents according to your instructions.
The transaction process will be the same as the current process where you will find out the status of your transaction from your RM.
Documents that have been acknowledged will be stored on your mobile banking application and you can still access them for the next 30 days.
The transaction will be carried out according to what is written in the "Important Information" document that you have read and agreed to before proceeding with the transaction.
The document cannot be approved anymore, and you must notify your RM to have a new document prepared to process your instructions.
