How to Pay Your HSBC Credit Card*
Transfer your credit card payment from HSBC ATM, ATM BERSAMA network, or BCA ATM to allow your available credit balance increased immediately for your next purchases, with the following steps:

  • Through HSBC ATM:
    1. Select the "Other Services" menu
    2. Select "Transfer" menu
    3. Select "To HSBC Indonesia Account"
    4. Select "Other Credit Card Account / FlexiCredit"
    5. Enter 16 digits of your HSBC Credit Card number, for example: 4472000012345678
    6. Enter the amount you want to pay
    7. Press ENTER when prompted to enter the transaction reference number
  • Through ATM BERSAMA:
    1. Select menu "Other Menu"
    2. Select "Transfer" menu
    3. Enter the HSBC Bank Code that is 087 followed by your 16 digits credit card number
      example: 0874472000012345678
    4. Enter the amount you want to pay
    5. Press ENTER when prompted to enter the transaction reference number
  • Through ATM BCA/ATM Network PRIMA :
    1. After entering PIN, select "Other Transactions" menu
    2. Select "Transfer" menu and select "To Other Bank Account"
    3. Enter HSBC Bank Code that is 087
    4. Enter the amount you want to pay
    5. Enter 16 digits of your HSBC Credit Card number as the destination account number.
    6. Choose the account type

* Terms and conditions:

  • Maximum nominal value for fund transfer using Debit / ATM card depends on the policy of each bank, type of card technology (magnetic stripe or chip), and regulation of regulator.
  • These steps may vary for ATM Bersama Network / Prima on your bank. Make sure you use the "Transfer" menu.
  • Any transfer before 9:30 pm will be effective on the same day.
