Terms & Conditions HSBC Personal Banking Welcome Rewards Program

Part 1: How to Join the Program

  1. HSBC Personal Banking Welcome Rewards ("Program") is held by PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC") and is applicable to participants who do not own current/savings account of any type at HSBC in the last 1 year ("Customer").
  2. Customer must open an HSBC Personal Banking account during 1st October - 31st October ("Promotion Period").
  3. The promotion of this Program is in the form of IDR 150,000 cash back.
  4. This program is not applicable for payroll account, joint account, and HSBC staffs.

Part 2: How to Get Basic Rewards

  1. Within 30 days since HSBC Personal Banking account opening date, Customer must:
    1. Activate HSBC Personal Internet Banking; and
    2. Conduct 5 eligible transactions using HSBC debit card and/or HSBC Personal Internet Banking/Mobile Banking.
      1. Eligible transactions using HSBC debit card: Shopping transactions at offline and online merchants.
      2. Eligible transactions using HSBC Personal Internet Banking/Mobile Banking: e-wallet top up via Online Transfer menu, bill payment, and online savings and time deposit account opening.
    3. Top up and maintain the balance of Customer’s Personal Everyday Account for at least 2 months since account opening date:
      Personal Everyday Account Balance Tenor Cash Back
      Rp5,000,000 or above 2 months Rp150,000
  2. Fund placement must use fresh fund which is not coming from other account at HSBC.

Part 3: Rewards Fulfillment Schedule

  1. Cash back will be credited to the Personal Everyday Account of the eligible customer with the following schedule:
    Month of Account Opening Month of Cash Back Fulfillment
    October 2020 January 2021

Part 4: Other Information

  1. HSBC has the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Program with prior notice to Customers.
  2. Rewards fulfillment is subject to the decision by HSBC. Should the Customer think there is any discrepancy, Customer can submit an objection for the discrepancy at latest by one month after Month of Cash Back Fulfillment. After that, the decision by HSBC will be final and binding.
  3. Terms and conditions of the Program are available in Bahasa Indonesia version and English version. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Bahasa Indonesia version shall prevail.
  4. Customer can contact HSBC Phone Banking 1500808 or visit the nearest HSBC branches for further information related to this Program.
