TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REWARDS POINTS
HSBC CREDIT CARD

  1. Rewards Point is one of the privileges given by PT. HSBC Bank Indonesia ("HSBC") to all HSBC Credit Cardholders except Corporate and Platinum Cash Back cardholder ("Credit Cardholder").
  2. Credit Cardholder will get 1 Rewards Point for every Rp1,500 of retail purchases made ("Basic Reward Points"). BestBill and Cash Advance transactions are not classified as retail purchases.
  3. Basic Reward Points will be credited automatically to the main Cardholder Rewards Point balance once the purchase transaction is booked.
  4. In addition to Basic Reward Points, Credit Cardholders will receive additional Rewards Point for retail purchases made based on their respective credit card product features ("Product Feature Reward Points") with details as follows:
    • Premier - additional 2 Rewards Point for every Rp1,500 of retail purchase made abroad.
    • Signature - additional 3 Rewards Points for every Rp1,500 of retail purchase made at Hotels, Airlines, Travel merchants, Restaurant and additional 1 Rewards Point for every Rp1,500 of retail purchase made abroad.
    • Platinum - additional 1 Rewards Point for every Rp1,500 of retail purchases at Fashion merchants & Restaurants, as well as retail purchases made abroad.
  5. The definition of merchant category and transaction location used as the basis for calculating Product Feature Rewards Points is in accordance with the HSBC provisions.
  6. Product Feature Reward Points shall be credited to Cardholder Rewards Point balance no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the transaction month ends.
  7. Basic Reward Points and Product Feature Reward Points are not valid for 0% installment transactions made without admin fees.
  8. Maximum amount of total Basic Reward Points and Product Feature Reward Points credited to Credit Cardholders per month are subject to below limit for each product. If the total Rewards Point entitled to be earned exceeds the specified limit, then the difference will be deemed forfeited. The product limit is as follows:
    • Premier - 350,000 Rewards Point
    • Signature - 250,000 Rewards Point
    • Platinum - 50,000 Rewards Point
  9. Rewards Point redemption can only be made by main Credit Cardholder and cannot be represented.
  10. Rewards Point may be collected and can be redeemed since the Credit Card is issued and Credit Card status is active, has no outstanding payment, is not over limit, and there is no misuse of Credit Card.
  11. Reward Points are non-transferable from one Credit Card account to another, and cannot be collected from various Credit Cards (such as Visa and MasterCard) either under the same Credit Cardholder or different Credit Cardholders.
  12. Credit Cardholder cannot cancel Reward Point redemption transaction that has already been processed.
  13. Cardholder may file complaint relating to Reward Points that are reduced or lost only if the complaint is submitted within 3 (three) months from the time the related transaction occurs and Cardholder can provide sufficient supporting evidence. Shall there be any variance in Reward point calculation, HSBC will use the data contained in HSBC's system by attaching proof / supporting documents to the Credit Cardholder as a reference.
  14. Credit Card Reward Points will be deemed expired if Cardholder canceled / closed his Credit Card account or Upgrade / Downgrade to Platinum Cashback Credit Card.
  15. Rewards Point collected in the last 1 (one) year from the Credit Card issuance month will expire on the last business day of the Credit Card issuance month on the second year. Illustration of Rewards Point validity can be seen at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
  16. Information regarding the period and amount of Rewards Points that will expire are available on the Billing Statement every month. Reward Points can only be redeemed for as long as it is valid. HSBC cannot refund points that have expired.
  17. HSBC may modify, delete or add these terms and conditions and the amount of Rewards Points required for redemption. Any change will be notified to Cardholder via HSBC website www.hsbc.co.id within 7 (seven) working days prior to any change.

  1. This program is valid for HSBC Premier MasterCard, HSBC Visa Signature, and HSBC Visa Platinum cardholder issued by HSBC Indonesia (“Cardholder”).
  2. This program is valid for all HSBC Premier MasterCard, HSBC Visa Signature, and HSBC Visa Platinum Cardholders who own more than 1 million Reward Points in their card. If the Cardholder redeemed the Rewards Points and owns less than 1 million reward points after redemption then cardholder cannot get the 1 Million Points Club program anymore.
  3. The Million Points Club program privileges are:
    1. Additional Reward Points for mileage redemption,
      1. HSBC Premier MasterCard Cardholder is entitled to get additional 15% Reward Points from total Reward Points redemption when customer redeem Rewards Points with airline mileage through HSBC Contact Center.
        llustration:
        • Cardholder redeem 510,000 Reward Points (equivalent with 20.400 miles)
        • HSBC will credit the additional 15% Reward Points (15% x 510,000 = 76,500 Reward Points) back to the cardholder.
        The maximum additional Reward Points that can be credited back to cardholder is maximum 200,000 Reward Points per redemption.
      2. HSBC Visa Signature Cardholder is entitled to get additional 10% Reward Points from total Reward Points redemption when customer redeem Rewards Points with airline mileage through HSBC Contact Center.
        llustration:
        • Cardholder redeem 510,000 Reward Points (equivalent with 20.400 miles)
        • HSBC will credit the additional 10% Reward Points (10% x 510,000 = 51,000 Reward Points) back to the cardholder.
        The maximum additional Reward Points that can be credited back to cardholder is maximum 100,000 Reward Points per redemption.
      3. Valid only for HSBC Premier MasterCard with 5 million reward points and more. Cardholder is is entitled to get additional 25% Reward Points from total Reward Points redemption when customer redeem Rewards Points with airline mileage through HSBC Contact Center.
        Illustration:
        • Cardholder redeem 510,000 Reward Points (equivalent with 20.400 miles)
        • HSBC will credit the additional 25% Reward Points (25% x 510,000 = 127,500 Reward Points) back to the cardholder.
      4. Bonus Reward Points will be granted no later than the end of following month after the successful redemption to mileage through HSBC Contact Center (when airline miles have been successfully transferred to customer's mileage account)
    2. Free unlimited domestic Airport Lounge access,
      1. Cardholder can enjoy free domestic airport lounge access without redeeming Reward Points if cardholder owns more than 1 million Reward Points.
      2. Only the main cardholder can enjoy and enter the domestic airport lounge.
      3. HSBC Premier MasterCard with 5 million reward points and more can bring a plus one to enter the domestic airport lounge.
      4. This program is only valid for domestic airport lounges who have partnership with HSBC
    3. Free Priority Pass membership
      1. HSBC Premier MasterCard and HSBC Visa Signature (starting 1 May 2017) Cardholder is entitled for a free Priority Pass membership to enter Priority Pass lounge without redeeming Reward Points.
      2. Cardholder can enjoy the free membership for 1 full year, starting from the date when customer request for Priority Pass membership to HSBC Contact Center.
      3. Effective 1 October 2024, the following adjustments will apply to Priority Pass:
        • Priority Pass usage is limited to a maximum of 4 times per year during the Priority Pass membership period.
        • This applies to Priority Pass lounges worldwide except airport lounge in Indonesia. Access to airport lounge in Indonesia can be enjoyed without using Priority Pass, subject to terms and conditions available here.
        • Cardholders who exceed the maximum limit of 4 uses per year during the Priority Pass membership period and use Priority Pass to visit airport lounges in Indonesia will incur a fee USD 35 per visit. This fee will be charged to the cardholder's credit card account.
      4. If cardholders Reward Points is less than 1 million when customer requests for Priority Pass membership, cardholder cannot enjoy this program.
      5. Cardholder do not need to maintain having 1 million reward points to enter Priority Pass lounges when they have obtained Priority Pass membership.
      6. If Cardholder already has a Priority Pass membership card from the Million Points Club program, then Cardholder may not apply for an additional Priority Pass membership card from another HSBC Credit Card that has Rewards Point amount above 1 million points.
      7. Only the main cardholder can enjoy and enter the Priority Pass lounge.
      8. Effective as of 22 April 2024, if HSBC Premier Mastercard and HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card holders bring additional guests, a fee of USD35/guest/arrival will be charged which will be charged automatically to your HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card and HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card.

    4. Free Annual Fee Program
      1. Free annual fee is counted from card anniversary month onwards. Card anniversary month is the month when the card was approved.
      2. If during the month of card anniversary, the customers reward points is less than 1 million points, then customer's card will not be granted free annual fee.
      3. Free annual fee is for customers main card and up to 3 supplementary cards.
      4. The program will be given in the form of annual fee waiver that will be credited to customers’ account in max. 30 business days after customer received the charges.
  4. HSBC decision is absolute and irrevocable.
  5. These programs are valid only for main cardholders.
  6. Cardholder may raise queries and objections on programs calculation discrepancies in 30 business days at the latest from the privilege is received. All queries and objections that are raised after 30 business days will not be entertained by HSBC.
  7. HSBC has reserved the rights to change the terms and conditions with customer notification anytime through HSBC website. Syarat dan Ketentuan

  1. Program ini berlaku khusus untuk pemegang Kartu Kredit HSBC Visa Signature dan HSBC Visa Platinum yang diterbitkan di Indonesia ("Pemegang Kartu").
  2. Program ini berlaku untuk setiap nasabah Kartu Kredit HSBC Visa Signature dan HSBC Visa Platinum yang memiliki lebih dari 1 juta Poin Rewards. Apabila Pemegang Kartu menukarkan Poin Rewards dan jumlah Poin Rewards sudah tidak mencapai 1 juta Poin Rewards, maka pemegang kartu tidak dapat menikmati program 1 Million Point Club.
  3. Program ini berupa:
    • Program tambahan 10% Poin Rewards,
      • Pemegang Kartu mendapatkan tambahan 10% Poin Rewards dari jumlah poin Rewards yang ditukaran menjadi mileage melalui HSBC Contact Center.
        • Pemegang Kartu menukarkan 510,000 Poin Rewards (setara dengan tiket pulang pergi ke Singapura untuk 2 orang)
        • HSBC akan mengkreditkan tambahan 10% Poin (10% x 510,000 = 51,000 Poin Rewards) kembali ke kartu kredit Pemegang Kartu
      • Maksimal tambahan Poin Rewards yang dapat dikreditkan ke Pemegang Kartu adalah 100,000 Poin Rewards per penukaran
      • Bonus Poin Rewards akan diberikan dalam jangka waktu maksimal 7 hari kerja sejak penukaran poin rewards ke mileage melalui HSBC Contact Center
    • Program gratis masuk Airport Lounge domestik,
      • Pemegang Kartu mendapatkan gratis masuk Airport Lounge domestik, tanpa perlu menukarkan Poin Rewards apabila Pemegang Kartu punya minimal 1 juta Poin Rewards
      • Hanya Pemegang Kartu yang namanya tercatat pada kartu tersebut yang dapat menikmati gratis masuk Airport Lounge domestik
    • Program Gratis Iuran Tahunan,
      • Gratis Iuran Tahunan akan dihitung mulai dari bulan ulang tahun kartu dan program dapat dinikmati selama satu tahun penuh sejak bulan ulang tahun kartu (bulan ketika kartu di setujui)
      • Apabila pada bulan ulang tahun kartu di tahun setelahnya Poin Rewards di kartu kredit nasabah tidak mencapain 1 juta poin, maka pemegang kartu tidak mendapatkan gratis iuran tahunan
      • Gratis iuran tahunan akan diberlakukan untuk kartu utama dan maksimal 3 kartu tambahan
  4. Perhitungan Poin Rewards akan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Rewards yang berlaku
  5. Program ini hanya berlaku untuk Pemegang Kartu Utama
  6. Pemegang Kartu hanya dapat mengajukan pertanyaan atau keberatan atas perbedaan jumlah hadiah yang seharusnya diterima selambat-lambatnya 30 hari kerja setelah Bonus Poin Rewards diberikan. Segala pertanyaan atau keberatan yang diajukan setelah tanggal tersebut tidak akan diterima oleh HSBC

  1. Prior redeem Reward Points to Mileage, Cardholders must be holding miles membership number from Mileage Provider participated and registered.
  2. Mileage member number must be informed every time cardholders request for redemption to Mileage.
  3. Discrepancy regarding the number or name of the Mileage member card provided Cardholders to HSBC can cause a delay or result in cancellation of the registration process.
  4. Minimum Rewards Point to Mileage is 125.000 Reward Points equal to 5.000 miles and apply multiplication every 62.500 Reward Points equal to 2.500 miles.

Starting 24 October 2022, conversion rate and minimum redemption apply for exchanging Rewards Points to mileage. More info click here

  1. Mileage Redemption is one of the privileges given by PT. Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC") to all HSBC main cardholders except Corporate cards, Visa/Mastercard Classic, Visa/Mastercard Gold, Visa Platinum and Visa Platinum Cash Back ("Credit Cardholder").
  2. Credit Cardholders may redeem Mileage by redeeming Reward Points accumulated on each main card which are still valid on the day of exchange ("Mileage Redemption").
  3. Mileage redemption can only be done by Credit Cardholder and cannot be represented.
  4. Before performing Mileage Redemption, the Credit Cardholder must have Frequent Flyer/Mileage membership card from each participating Mileage Provider and it must be registered under the same name as the Cardholder's Name.
  5. Mileage Redemption can be done by contacting HSBC Contact Center at +62 21 5291 4722 or 84722 from mobile phone.
  6. Mileage account number information must be submitted on every Mileage Redemption.
  7. Any incorrect information given by Credit Cardholder regarding Mileage membership account number or the name registered under the Mileage membership may result in delays or cancellation of the Mileage redemption process.
  8. Minimum Rewards Point to Mileage is 125.000 Reward Points equal to 5.000 miles and apply multiplication every 62.500 Reward Points equal to 2.500 miles.
    Rewards Point conversion rate to Mileage which applied is:
    • Premier dan Signature: 25 Rewards Point / 1 Miles
  9. Mileage will be credited to the Credit Cardholder Mileage account within 15 (fifteen) working days after the redemption request is submitted.
  10. The Mileage Redemption process is subject to Terms & Conditions imposed by the respective Mileage Provider. All issues and questions on mileage which has been successfully converted and credited to Cardholder’s mileage account, comprising features, usage, benefits, complaints and others will be received and resolved by the respective Mileage Provider as the owner of mileage product and feature.
  11. Mileage Redemption to the same Mileage Account can be done only once per week with one HSBC credit card. If the Credit Cardholder wishes to conduct more than one Mileage Redemption to the same Mileage Account, then each exchange shall be made on a different week.
  12. In the event of failure in the process of mileage redemption HSBC has no obligation to inform the failure to the cardholder.
  13. Credit Cardholder has 3 months from the date of Mileage Redemption request was submitted to lodge a complaint regarding mileage redemption.
  14. HSBC may modify, delete or add these terms and conditions and the Rewards Point amount required to redeem Reward Points. Any change will be notified to Cardholder via HSBC website www.hsbc.co.id within 7 (seven) working days prior to any change.

Akses Airport Lounge dengan Tukar 1 Poin

Nasabah berhak mendapatkan akses Airport Lounge dengan menukar 1 Poin Kartu Kredit HSBC. Berikut adalah syarat dan ketentuan program:

  • Berlaku untuk Nasabah yang memiliki Kartu Kredit HSBC MasterCard Premier & HSBC Visa Signature
  • Program berlaku sejak tanggal 1 Februari 2022
  • Berlaku untuk airport lounge di lokasi berikut:

  • Nasabah terverifikasi untuk fasilitas gratis airport lounge melalui penukaran 1 Poin pada mesin EDC yang tersedia di airport lounge.
  • Pemotongan 1 poin dilakukan dengan cara memasukan (dip) atau gesek (swipe) Kartu Kredit HSBC pada mesin EDC yang tersedia. Apabila transaksi berhasil, maka poin Nasabah akan segera terpotong pada sistem Kartu Kredit HSBC.
  • Efektif 1 Juli 2024, agar dapat menukarkan 1 poin, Nasabah wajib memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
    • Khusus pemegang Kartu Kredit HSBC Premier Mastercard, memiliki rata - rata pemakaian kartu kredit HSBC selama 3 bulan minimum Rp5.000.000 (lima juta Rupiah) atau memiliki saldo gabungan (Total Relationship Balance) per akhir bulan di satu bulan sebelumnya sebesar Rp1.000.000.000 (satu miliar Rupiah)
    • Khusus pemegang Kartu Kredit HSBC VISA Signature, memiliki rata - rata pemakaian kartu kredit HSBC selama 3 bulan minimum Rp7.500.000 (tujuh juta lima ratus ribu Rupiah).

  • Kartu Kredit HSBC wajib dalam kondisi aktif, tidak terblokir, dan tidak dalam kondisi menunggak.
  • PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC Indonesia") dapat membatalkan transaksi penukaran 1 Poin dan menagihkan tarif yang diberlakukan secara umum di Kartu Kredit HSBC Nasabah apabila menurut HSBC Indonesia, transaksi tersebut dianggap tidak wajar atau terjadi kecurangan.

  • Apabila Nasabah tidak berhasil melakukan pemotongan Poin dikarenakan ketidakcukupan Poin ataupun tidak berhasil terverifikasi, maka Nasabah ataupun pendamping akan dikenakan biaya atas transaksi yang terjadi dan ditagihkan langsung oleh pihak airport lounge kepada Nasabah atau pendamping sesuai dengan tarif yang berlaku umum.

Penukaran Poin Rewards Menjadi Voucher Hotel Panorama

  1. Program HSBC ini khusus untuk pemegang kartu kredit utama HSBC Visa Signature & Premier Mastercard yang diterbitkan oleh PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC") selanjutnya disebut "Pemegang Kartu", dimana kartu kredit tersebut masih berlaku dan Pemegang Kartu (i) tidak memiliki tunggakan pembayaran, (ii) tidak overlimit, (iii) tidak memiliki catatan buruk penggunaan kartu, dan (iv) memiliki rekam jejak yang baik sebagai Pemegang Kartu sebagaimana ketentuan HSBC.
  2. Pemegang Kartu dapat menukarkan poin rewards HSBC dengan e-voucher yang dapat digunakan untuk menginap gratis 1 (satu) malam dari Panorama sesuai dengan daftar hotel yang tersedia berdasarkan masing-masing kategori penukaran poin rewards.
  3. Kategori penukaran poin rewards adalah sebagai berikut:
    1. Kategori A: 250.000 poin rewards
    2. Kategori B: 300.000 poin rewards
    3. Kategori C: 425.000 poin rewards
    4. Kategori D: 500.000 poin rewards
  4. Pemegang Kartu dapat melakukan penukaran poin rewards melalui Call Center HSBC di 1500 808.
  5. Pemegang Kartu akan mendapatkan e-voucher melalui email yang terdaftar di HSBC paling lambat 3 hari kerja setelah melakukan penukaran.
  6. E-voucher dapat ditukarkan menjadi voucher hotel yang diterbitkan oleh Panorama dalam waktu 3 bulan sejak e-voucher dikirimkan ke email Pemegang Kartu atau sesuai tanggal masa berlaku yang tertera pada e-voucher yang dikirimkan. Penukaran melebihi tanggal masa berlaku tersebut dianggap tidak valid.
  7. Pemegang Kartu dapat menukarkan e-voucher menjadi voucher hotel Panorama dengan:
    1. Menghubungi call centre Panorama di nomor +6221 2556 5550 hari Senin-Jumat pukul 9:00 - 17:30 dan Sabtu pukul 9:00-13:30, atau
    2. Mengunjungi Head Office Panorama TOMANG yang beralamat di Panorama Building 1st Floor, Jl. Tomang Raya 63 - Jakarta Barat 11440.
  8. Penukaran dilakukan dengan menyebutkan Ref Number yang tertera di e-voucher. Pemegang Kartu dapat memilih hotel yang terdaftar di Daftar Hotel berdasarkan kategori yang tertera di e-voucher sebagaimana tercantum pada hsbc.co.id/poin-rewards.
  9. Penukaran voucher hotel mengikuti ketersediaan kamar hotel dan tanggal yang berlaku khusus untuk program ini di mana Pemegang Kartu dapat meminta konfirmasi terlebih dahulu pada Panorama.
  10. Jika hotel atau tanggal yang dipilih tidak tersedia, Pemegang Kartu dapat memilih hotel lain di kategori yang sama atau tanggal lainnya. Nasabah tidak dapat memilih hotel lain dari kategori yang berbeda dengan yang tertera di e-voucher. Pemegang Kartu tidak diperbolehkan melakukan transaksi lainnya dengan Panorama di luar penukaran e-voucher (seperti membayar kelebihan harga, menjual e-voucher, dan transaksi lainnya).
  11. Setelah Pemegang Kartu melakukan reservasi hotel melalui Call Centre atau Head Office Panorama, Panorama akan menerbitkan voucher/e-voucher hotel menginap 1 (satu) malam. Voucher hotel dapat diambil di Head Office Panorama, atau e-voucher dikirimkan ke alamat email Pemegang Kartu yang terdaftar di HSBC paling lambat dalam 3 (tiga) hari kerja setelah reservasi hotel berhasil dilakukan.
  12. Penukaran voucher hotel hanya berlaku untuk tipe kamar standard room.
  13. Voucher hotel yang diterbitkan oleh Panorama tidak dapat diubah ke tanggal/tipe kamar/hotel lainnya, diuangkan, dibatalkan, atau dipindahtangankan dengan alasan apapun.
  14. Pemakaian kamar hotel bergantung pada syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku di setiap hotel.
  15. HSBC tidak bertanggungjawab atas voucher hotel yang sudah diterbitkan oleh Panorama, beserta pengiriman, penggunaan, atau masalah dan keluhan yang timbul dari voucher hotel tersebut, termasuk transaksi lainnya atau biaya yang timbul di luar penukaran point rewards yang sudah ditentukan HSBC.
  16. Pemegang Kartu dapat mengajukan pertanyaan atau keluhan atas penukaran atau pemotongan poin rewards menjadi Voucher Hotel Panorama hingga 3 (tiga) bulan sejak tanggal penukaran dan penyelesaian atas keluhan akan diambil berdasarkan kebijakan HSBC. Setelah jangka waktu tersebut, HSBC tidak berwajib untuk melayani pertanyaan, keluhan, atau memberi kompensasi dalam bentuk apapun.
  17. HSBC berhak untuk mengubah syarat & ketentuan untuk sewaktu-waktu dengan pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang kartu melalui Website HSBC.
  18. Syarat dan ketentuan HSBC (seperti Syarat & Ketentuan Poin Rewards Kartu Kredit) dan Panorama lainnya tetap berlaku.

Penukaran Poin Rewards untuk Potongan Tagihan Kartu Kredit HSBC

  1. Penukaran Poin untuk potongan belanja pada kartu kredit adalah salah satu keistimewaan yang diberikan oleh PT. Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC") kepada seluruh pemegang kartu utama Kartu Kredit HSBC Mastercard Premier & Visa Signature.
  2. Potongan belanja diberikan dalam bentuk cashback ke akun Kartu Kredit HSBC pemegang kartu.
  3. Pemegang Kartu Kredit dapat melakukan penukaran untuk potongan belanja kartu kredit dengan menukarkan Poin Rewards yang telah diakumulasikan pada masing-masing kartu utama dan kartu tambahan, dan masih berlaku sampai hari penukaran dilakukan.
  4. Berikut adalah konversi jumlah Poin Rewards dan nilai potongan tagihan.
    Jumlah poin rewards 40,000
    Nilai Potongan Tagihan (Rp) 100,000
  5. Minimum penukaran 40.000 poin rewards dan selanjutnya berlaku kelipatan 40.000 poin rewards.

    • Nilai transaksi kartu kredit Pemegang Kartu adalah Rp10.000.000,-
    • Jumlah poin yang ditukarkan adalah 320.000 poin rewards
    • Total potongan transaksi adalah
      320.000 poin : 40.000 poin x Rp100.000 = Rp800.000,-
    • Sisa transaksi yang harus dibayarkan oleh Pemegang Kartu adalah
      Rp10.000.000 - Rp800.000,- = Rp9.200.000,-
  8. Potongan belanja dengan poin reward hanya berlaku untuk transaksi pada tipe kartu kredit HSBC yang sama dengan sumber dari poin rewards yang ditukar, misalnya apabila nasabah menukarkan poin reward untuk potongan belanja yang terdapat pada kartu kredit HSBC Mastercard Premier digit akhir 1234 maka potongan belanja tersebut hanya dapat berlaku pada kartu kredit HSBC Mastercard Premier tersebut.
  9. Penukaran poin reward dengan potongan belanja hanya dapat diajukan oleh Pemegang Kartu Kredit Utama dan tidak dapat diwakilkan.
  10. Proses pemotongan transaksi dengan poin rewards diproses dalam waktu maksimum 5 (lima) hari kerja sejak tanggal permintaan pemotongan poin rewards.
  11. Penukaran poin rewards untuk potongan tagihan dapat dilakukan maksimum 5 hari kerja sebelum tanggal cetak tagihan dengan mengakses https://grp.hsbc/bayarpakaipoin
  12. Potongan tagihan akan masuk ke dalam lembar tagihan bulan berikutnya.
  13. Bank mewajibkan Pemegang Kartu untuk tetap melakukan pembayaran kartu kredit sesuai dengan jumlah tagihan yang tertera pada lembar tagihan sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo untuk menghindari munculnya bunga, biaya dan perubahan status kelancaran pembayaran kartu kredit HSBC.
  14. Pemegang Kartu hanya dapat menukarkan poin rewards HSBC menjadi potongan belanja sebanyak 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) hari baik melalui Website HSBC maupun Contact Center.
  15. Bank tidak bertanggung jawab apabila terjadi kegagalan penukaran poin jika transaksi penukaran poin dilakukan lebih dari 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) hari yang sama.
  16. Demi kenyamanan pemegang Kartu diharapkan tidak melakukan penukaran poin rewards HSBC apapun dalam waktu 5 (lima) hari kerja setelah melakukan penukaran poin .
  17. HSBC akan mengirimkan SMS notifikasi gagal penukaran poin rewards apabila poin rewards tidak cukup, kartu kredit dalam kondisi terblokir ketika penukaran poin diproses, atau alasan lainnya maksimum 5 (lima) hari kerja setelah Pemegang Kartu menukarkan poin rewards HSBC.
  18. Poin Rewards yang sudah ditukarkan tidak dapat diubah atau dibatalkan dengan alasan apapun.
  19. Perhitungan poin rewards akan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Rewards yang berlaku yang dapat diakses di www.hsbc.co.id/poin-rewards
  20. HSBC berhak untuk mengubah syarat & ketentuan sewaktu-waktu, dengan pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang kartu melalui Website HSBC.

Program HSBC Million Points Club - Bonus Asia Miles

  1. Promo berlaku khusus untuk anggota HSBC Million Points Club, dimana pemegang kartu harus memiliki lebih dari 1 juta poin rewards di Kartu Kredit HSBC (Premier MasterCard, Visa Signature, Visa Platinum) yang diterbitkan oleh PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC"), selanjutnya disebut sebagai "Pemegang Kartu".
  2. Promo berupa tambahan bonus 15% (lima belas persen) Asia Miles setiap penukaran poin rewards menjadi Asia Miles melalui HSBC Contact Centre 1 500 808 atau 1 500 700.
  3. Periode promo ini adalah 11 Oktober 2017 - 10 November 2017.
  4. Pemegang Kartu harus menukarkan Asia Miles menggunakan Asia MilesTM membership yang terdaftar dengan nama yang sama.

Terms and Condition HSBC Reward Points Redemption to MORE e-Voucher

  1. This Program is valid only for HSBC Premier MasterCard, HSBC Visa Signature, HSBC Visa Platinum, HSBC Visa Gold, and HSBC Visa Classic that are issued by PT Bank HSBC Indonesia ("HSBC") and have received an SMS invitation, will be mentioned forth as "Cardholder".
  2. HSBC Cardholder may now choose to redeem their HSBC Reward Points to MORE e-voucher, which is valid for selected merchants, that can be seen at www.hsbc.co.id/evoucher.
  3. HSBC Cardholder can redeem their points to MORE e-voucher through SMS (type: merchant keyword<space>1<#>last 6 digits of HSBC creditcard number,and send it to 64722 from your HSBC registered phone number).
  4. MORE e-voucher is to be sent by SMS from "HSBC" within a 3 business day period after the customer requested it from HSBC Website, SMS, or HSBC Contact Center. SMS will be sent to the cardholder's phone number that is registered with HSBC.
  5. To avoid fail redemption, the cardholder must not make any HSBC Reward Points redemptions within the 3 business day period or until the cardholder receives the MORE e-voucher code via. SMS.
  6. If cardholder's HSBC Reward Points is not sufficient for the redemption, then HSBC will send SMS to notify that the redemption failed in maximum 3 business days after request.
  7. Cardholder can only redeem HSBC Reward Points 1 x (once) in 1 (one) day.
  8. If cardholder redeems to MORE e-Voucher more than 1 x (once) in 1 (one) day, then HSBC will only fulfill the first request.
  9. Cardholder may show the MORE e-Voucher code in the SMS to merchants for e-Voucher usage.
  10. If cardholder accidentally lost or delete the MORE e-Voucher SMS and cardholder have never used the MORE e-voucher code, then cardholder may call HSBC Contact Center to resend the MORE e-voucher code via. SMS.
  11. MORE e-Voucher SMS resend will only be valid for 3x (three times) in 1 (one) month period or until the e-Voucher expires.
  12. Each MORE e-Voucher expires in 1 (one) month after cardholder receives the SMS MORE e-Voucher code, and cannot be extended.
  13. HSBC Reward Points calculation refers to HSBC Rewards terms and conditions that can be accessed at www.hsbc.co.id/point-rewards.
  14. HSBC has the right to change the terms and conditions at any times with notifications at HSBC website.
